Chail altitude is higher than that of Shimla. Chail has 24000 hectares of reserve forest therefore temperatures are far less than other surrounding hill stations and you get snow in winters.

The Hotel is ideally located at height on Kandaghat – Chail - Kufri state highway. It has Excellent unmatched view of various Sirmour mountain ranges. Each room has uninterrupted view 30 - 50 miles and five, six mountain ranges.

The Hotel has been tastefully constructed with special attention to space. All rooms are large and spacy with sit out balconies. Hotel has big garden, Lobby, Restaurant, Bar and terraced open sitout, Hall & Conference room.

Normally the hill station Hotels are small and people have to step out to enjoy nature. But over here you can relax in your room or any part of Hotel you have view of nature around you.

The Hotel is surrounded by lot of greenery / trees. In addition the Hotel is close to the dense Reserved Forest.

The Hotel and the rooms are south facing and get Sunlight from sunrise to sunset. Resulting the daytime temperatures are pleasant and enjoyable. Has great potential for winter tourism.

All Rooms and common areas have same valley view. Unobstructed view for 50 Miles. The Churdhar Mountain range is fully sighted which gets snow in winters and it melts in late March/April. The tops of the far snow capped Kinner Kailash range are visible.

In all modesty we can claim that there is no Hotel in the Chail region or 35 Km radius which has better or even closer to as good a view as our Hotel.
